Education

B.S. – Electrical Engineering, University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida, USA, 1974. M.S. – Electrical Engineering, University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA, 1978. Ph.D. – Electrical Engineering, University of Colorado, Boulder, Colorado, USA, 1991.

Experience

Dr. DeLyser is currently an Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and former Associate Chair in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering the University of Denver where he has been on the faculty since 1986. He was a member of the U.S. Air Force from 1965 to 1986. During his time in the Air Force, Dr. DeLyser held a teaching position at the United States Air Force Academy, served as a development engineer at the Air Force Weapons Laboratory at Kirtland AFB in New Mexico and was the Requirements Officer for the Nellis AFB Ranges in Nevada.
