Dr. Elizabeth Yanik is a professor in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Emporia State University (Kansas). Yanik is described as a passionate teacher who also directs and sustains mentoring programs -- the nomination describes six major mentoring activities or programs in which Yanik has been involved over the last decade.
